Only internet data services and Data apps are supported.

With Data eSIM, you can use all your normal apps, like WhatsAPP, Zoom, Skype, Teams, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc...

With Data eSIM, you can use your VOIP phone app to make & receive calls.

Should I switch on Data Roaming when using eSIM?

YES, please make sure Data Roaming is ON, for eSIM Data to work.

Please go to "Settings" > "Cellular" or "Mobile Data" and turn ON "Data Roaming".

How to remove the eSIM data plan after use?

You can use your phone's delete eSIM function.

How do I get my eSIM after payment?

You should receive a QR code email to activate your eSIM within 2-3
minutes after making payment. Please ensure you also check your
junk/spam box.

What if i don't receive my QR code activation email?

How is the validity period of the plan calculated?

  • The actual usage time of some data plans may start according to your eSIM's first connection.
  • Pre-installation validity is 180 days for standard eSIMs, and 30 days for day pass eSIMs. Please install before expiry date.

How to check the balance of remaining data?

  • For some eSIM plans, you can view the data usage link provided in your eSIM email.
  • For some orders, you cannot view the data usage. You might go to [Settings - Cellular] on your iPhone to find out how much cellular data you're using.

Can I have multiple phones scan the same QR code?

No, but the same device can rescan the same QR code.

If I lost my eSIM QR code, what can I do?

Check and re-activate from your email or contact us.

Will my physical SIM still work while eSIM is installed?

Yes, your physical SIM can still work.

Does WiFi calling work with eSIM?

Yes, check "WiFi calling" is turned on.

Will my mobile Hotspot work with Data eSIM?

Yes, turn on "Hotspot" when ever you need to share your eSIM Internet Data.

How to Set up eSIM for Android?

  1. Purchase the eSIM data plan from myesims.com
  2. Receive the eSIM QR code and activation link by email
  3. Activate your eSIM using QR code or link provided in email
  4. If activation fails 1st time, then try again 2nd time, and for 3rd time
    copy activation link and paste to your mobile browser app, then activate again.
  5. Alternatively, set up your eSIM profile as follows:
  • Go to your device [Settings] > [Network & Internet] > [Mobile Network].
  • Tap "Download a SIM instead?" > Download your SIM > Tap [Next].
  • Scan the QR code provided by email.
  • Tap [Download] and [Done].
  • Check if the APN Name matches with the eSIM order: Tap "eSIM" and tap [Advanced] > Tap [Access Point Names] > [APN].

How to Set up eSIM for Apple iOS?

  1. Purchase the eSIM data plan on our website.
  2. Receive the eSIM QR code by email.
  3. Set up your eSIM profile as follows:
  • Go to your device [Settings] > [Cellular or Mobile Data] > [Add Cellular Plan].
  • Scan the QR code provided by email.
  • Tap [Add Cellular Plan].
  • Choose [Secondary] Label and change the name to "eSIM."
  • Select the option for "Use eSIM for cellular data only" and tap [Continue].
  • Select the option for ‘Use Primary as the preferred line’ and tap [Done].
  • Check if the APN Name matches with the eSIM order: Tap on eSIM > [Cellular Data Network] > [APN].

How to use dual SIM on iPhone and set up your cellular plan with eSIM?

Dual SIM on iPhone offers you the freedom to get separate voice/SMS and data plans. At this stage, only cellular data is available on our eSIM platform. Therefore, after you scan a QR code to add the eSIM, we
recommend you label it as "Data eSIM" on the "Cellular Plan Labels"
page, and then go to the "Default Line" page, choose "Use [Data eSIM] for cellular data only." You will see a little pop-up "Uncertified

Which iOS Devices Support the eSIM Service?

iOS: You must have iOS 12.1 or later and an unlocked iPhone. Any iPhone older than XR or XS supports eSIM. (Note: When you buy a device with a contract from a mobile operator, it is common practice for them to lock the connectivity from any other supplier. In this case, your device will be considered "locked," at least until your contract expires.

You can check with your operator to see if there is anything you can do to unlock the eSIM in your device.) Samsung, Pixel, and many Androids
